FAQ's

Question: Where is the Venue?

Answer: Wesley Conference Centre, 220 Pitt Street, Sydney Australia.

 

Question: How can I get to the venue?

Answer:

By Car: Parking is available directly underneath the Wesley Conference Centre at Secure Parking. Entry is by Piccadilly Plaza, 133 Castlereagh Street. Alternative parking can be found at the following parking stations Secure Parking Hilton 259 Pitt Street, Wilson Parking Angel Place 123 Pitt Street and Wilson Parking MLC Centre 108 King Street Sydney.

Train: The nearest train stations are Town Hall and St James Station, both within 5 minutes walk of the venue. Transport NSW has timetable information.

Bus: Transport NSW has the most up to date timetable for bus routes to the venue, including the light rail.

Ferry: The closest Ferry terminal is Circle Quay, Wesley Conference Centre is a 17 minute walk. Transport NSW has more details.

 

Question: What is the Dress Code?

Answer: Business Attire

 

Question: What time do I need to arrive? 

Answer: Check in will commence at 7.30 AM, the Conference will begin at 8.30 AM.

 

Question: Will any refreshments be provided during the Conference?

Answer: Yes, a light snack and refreshments will be provided during the morning and a boxed lunch during the lunch break, allowing participants to enjoy lunch outside the venue, in Hyde Park, or within the centre.

 

Question: Do I need to bring any materials with me?

Answer: We will provide a small notepad and pen.

Question: Can I modify my registration information?

Answer: Yes, as a member of the general public, you will be able to modify your registration using the link in your confirmation of registration email. If you have misplaced your email or need assistance please email register@theleadershipcircle.com.au.  If you are a TLC Consultant and wish to cancel your own registration and/or that of your Guest, please contact us at register@theleadershipcircle.com.au so we can effect that cancellation for you.  You will not be able to make cancellations yourself.

 

Question: Can I register multiple people at the same time?

Answer: You will not be able to register multiple people at the same time.  Each person must be registered separately, so that each registration has a unique registration/confirmation code.  If you register on someone else’s behalf, you will need to have their name, email address and mobile number on hand and you will be required to pay for that registration during the registration process.

TLC Certified Consultants will be able to register a Client/Guest for free during the registration process (See Registration page for more details).
